Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will only ship within Australia. Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will only deliver to an Australian residential or business address. Where In Store Pickup has been requested please allow 24 - 48 standard business hours for processing or alternatively contact us prior to pickup to confirm availability. Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will ship to all Australian capital cities and major regional centres. Shipment outside metropolitan areas or to areas generally termed remote will be made to the nearest townships only. We do not deliver to a roadside delivery address. Where delivery to a Post Office Box is requested, delivery is limited to consolidated items not exceeding either 3kg of weight or dimensions 300mm x 200mm x 100mm. Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 - 72 standard business hours upon receiving a shipping request. Please allow an additional 7 days for shipment of Vetus Maxwell & Hydrive Steering products. Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd may utilise a combination of services provided by both Australia Post and independent couriers with tracking service options. It is advisable to allow up to 7 days delivery to an address that falls within an Australian metropolitan delivery network. It is advisable to allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery to a regional area. It is recommended that should you be unclear of these terms or should expedited shipping be required that Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd be contacted directly prior to entering into a purchasing agreement. Any additional Expedited Freight costs including Express Post or Air Freight requests will be fully payable by the Customer. Full risk of loss, including transportation delays, losses and breakages, passes to the Customer at the point of dispatch from the premises of Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd. It is recommended that should the Customer require product shipping insurance that they directly contact Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd by phone or email prior to entering into a purchasing agreement.

Items classed as hazardous materials such as paint, aerosols, oils and lubricant will not be shipped to a Post Office Box. Items classed as hazardous materials will only be shipped by road freight. Where in store pick up is requested, supporting personal identification and presentation of your payment receipt is required.

Shipping Rates:

Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd online store Shipping Rates are charged at a flat rate of $17 inclusive of GST per package. Single orders of value greater than $75 inclusive of GST are generally free of additional Shipping and Handling charges. All charges are displayed during the checkout process prior to payment whereby you will be given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it.

Back Orders:

Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd maintains a comprehensive warehouse of stock items. On occasion listed items may be placed on Back Order. If your order contains both stocked and non stocked items, Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd may delay shipping to ensure no additional charges are incurred by you, the Customer. The manufacturer Volvo Penta makes no express warranties beyond that as required by law with the exception that all Genuine Volvo Penta Parts and Accessories supplied by Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd or an authorized Volvo Penta dealer come with a 12-month warranty as standard. If those parts are also fitted by the Volvo Penta dealer, the warranty doubles to 24 months and covers labour. Both the 12-month standard warranty and 24-month warranty for Volvo Penta dealer fitted parts exclude wear and tear parts and are for the 24 months or hours usage as advised by your local dealer.
