Shipping:
Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will only ship within Australia. Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will only deliver to a Residential address, Business address or registered Australia Post Office Box. Where In Store Pickup has been requested please allow 24 - 48 standard business hours for processing or alternatively contact us prior to pickup to confirm availability. Shipment outside metropolitan areas or to areas generally termed remote will be made to the nearest townships only. We do not deliver to a roadside delivery address. Where delivery to a Post Office Box is requested, delivery is limited to consolidated items not exceeding either 3kg of weight or dimensions 200mm x 150mm x 100mm. Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 36 standard business hours upon receiving a shipping request. Please allow an additional 7 days for shipment of Vetus Maxwell & Hydrive Steering products.

General:
Supply of goods are deemed to be in agreement with Australian Consumer Law and enforceable and construed according to the laws of the State of South Australia. Unless otherwise stated by Law, acceptance of returned goods is at the sole discretion of Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd. Claims for shortages or credit will not be recognised unless Don Morton Marine Pty Ltd is advised in writing within seven days of date of you taking delivery. Notification may be in either printed or digital format. Unless otherwise advised you are responsible for any postage, freight and financial institution charges incurred when retuning goods for refund or credit. If the goods you purchase fail to meet a standard of acceptable quality, fail to perform in a fit for purpose manner or are significantly different from the product promoted or displayed, you have the right to ask for a replacement of goods or a refund under Australian Consumer Law. This consumer guarantee does not apply if you receive goods as requested and subsequently change your mind, no longer require the goods, realise that you ordered the goods in error, have found a cheaper item elsewhere or have simply decided you no longer have a use for it. Use of parts, kits and accessories for commercial or competitive activity or in a manner not intended by the manufacturer may render the existence of any warranty null and void. Parts, kits and accessories generically termed as sacrificial are supplied void of usage warranty. Claims for credit are not automatic for hazardous materials including paint, aerosols, oils and lubricants or shelf life products such as rubber goods, belts, hoses, seals, gaskets together with special tools or superseded, discontinued or obsolete parts. Refund, cancellation or compensation does not apply to goods clearly identified as non returnable, non refundable or goods clearly noted as a special request order.
